The 7 mins workout



It was coincidental that I read about the 7 min workout while on the bike at the gym today. The idea is appealing - instead of spending hours to get yourself in decent healthy shape, all you need to do is spend 7 mins. Yes that's it only 7 mins! Sort of like a fast food of an exercise. And yes it is based on science.

Here it how it works:

There are 12 exercises. Each is to performed for 30 secs at high intensity. Intensity level should be 8+ on a scale of 1-10. After 30 sec, there is a 10 second of rest.

Equipment required is nothing more than a chair and a wall (to lean on). 

That's it!
